Work with me

I like to work, even when I don’t have to.

It gives my life purpose and meaning. I enjoy applying myself: bringing my attention, energy, judgement, and care to things that matter to me.

I want to help decide what we work on, why it matters, and how we approach it—and take responsibility for and ownership of bringing it into being. I’m open to significant roles inside ambitious organisations, as well as a small number of fractional, embedded collaborations where I can become genuinely involved: understanding the people, context, questions, and work closely enough to help shape what happens and see it come to fruition.

Right now, I’m studying power in and as it relates to AI: how AIs are trained, treated, and talked about, and how we shape one another. I’m interested in what we build, how we interpret research, whose purposes the technology serves, and what our choices make possible—or prevent or inhibit.

My writing is one place where I pursue these questions. With ProtocolOS, I’m developing a way for AI to work with the context of my life across conversations, notes, and projects. It gives me a concrete way to examine what AI enables, and where it fails, alongside the research and arguments I encounter.

I really like using my brain. I want work that asks—or perhaps even requires—me to use it fully. In short, I want it all.

I like thinking strategically. I’m good at taking in a lot of complex, seemingly disparate information, seeing what connects it, and synthesising it into something sharp that changes how we understand the whole—and what we do next. I like difficult problems.

Fractional does not mean distant. I’m not interested in dropping in with generic advice, producing a deck, and disappearing again. I’m interested in sustained work with people who want another serious mind inside the problem: someone who can take in complexity, notice what is being missed, sharpen the questions, connect disparate information, help make decisions, and carry things forward with care.

That could include research and strategy around AI, power, and human agency; shaping an emerging idea or body of work; founder or leadership-level sensemaking; or helping a team think more clearly about what it is building, for whom, and what follows from its choices. The form matters less to me than the reality of the work and the relationship.

I started my career in B2B SaaS: marketing, strategy, operations, execution. Over the last five years, my professional life has focused on spiritual awakening, embodiment, and personal transformation—first through one-to-one coaching, and more recently through writing and building AI systems concerned with relationship, authorship, and human agency.

My more recent work drew heavily on my presence, intuition, and ability to read, understand, and connect deeply with people. Those capacities are still important to me. I’m a deeply relational person, and my close relationships matter enormously to me. I’m incredibly loyal and devoted once I’m committed—to people, to work, and to what we’re trying to do together. I want to live and work with love.

I’m drawn to entrepreneurial environments because the work is raw, real, creative, and consequential. There is something at stake. We make decisions, create things, encounter reality, and respond to what actually happens. I find that exhilarating. I’m not frightened or intimidated by hard things; I like having something substantial to respond to—and rise to, as well.

I believe compounding is the eighth wonder of the world, and that we’re at our best when we have skin in the game. I’m interested in working relationships that deepen over time—where trust, understanding, and shared investment allow us to make increasingly ambitious things possible :)

I don’t know exactly what form that will take yet. I do know that I want to work with people I respect and admire on something worthy of my energy, intellect, and devotion.

I’ve been described as a force of nature. Some people have described me as a force for love, but I’ll let you be the judge of that :)

I’m a 4/1 Generator, which supposedly means I have a fixed fate. So, if we’re meant to work together, you’ll probably know about it—or it will become clear to you.
